When she is not painting away the hours or out and about snapping photos, she can be found in the great outdoors, pen and paper in hand, attempting to capture her thoughts in ink. She has recently compiled a collection of poetry and completed her first novel, a YA fantasy adventure. She currently resides in Moss Vale, NSW where she is serving with Torchbearers International as a volunteer at Capernwray Australia.

    • Thank you so much. Your encouragement means the world. I truly enjoyed exploring your blog as well. I can’t wait to read more from you. On a side note: I can’t wait to look into One7 – Youth ministry is a passion of mine and at-risk teens hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for making a difference.

  5. Thank you. The reason we moved to Charlotte was to be a part of One7. (The website is down right now as we’re trying to move it to another hosting site. Sorry about that.) My wife is on staff, and I volunteer as much as possible. We’ve been here for two years and it has completely changed our lives. Most all of the kids and their families are refugees who were forced to flee their own countries because of religious persecution. When we get the site back up, you can get more information. In the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to email me at qualityupgrades@gmail.com

    • Wow, it sounds amazing. I love hearing about people who let their hearts lead them to heights unknown. It sounds like you and your wife are on a wonderful journey with this ministry. I look forward to checking out their site when it’s up and running again. It sounds like their mission is to be God’s hands and feet to the least of these. There is certainly an immense need for servant hearts. My prayers go out to your family and this ministry as you bless those around you.
